I joined Apple Computer, Inc. almost a year ago to work on a secret project that was, "Steve's baby". In fact, when I interviewed for the position they did not tell me what I would be doing; I had to trust them that I'd like the job. All I knew was what my old officemate from Sun Microsystems, who was recruiting me for the job, told me, which was, "This is one of the coolest project around" and, "It's worse than spam." I still don't understand the second comment but the first was definitely true. Yesterday, it was with great pride that I watched Mr. Stephen P. Jobs demo what I'd been working on for the past ten months.
