If you have an wry and acerbic sense of humor and are into following current events, you owe it to yourself to check out Ali G's show on HBO. He skewers his VIP guests with outlandish questions and a performance that is, at times, pee-in-your-pants funny. I just about died when he asked Richard Thornburgh, "What is barely legal?" in a vignette about breaking the law. Unfortunately, Maureen Dowd lets the cat out of the bag in a piece in the Times about politicians who've been caught in Ali G's net.
